Abstract

Is it right for economically inactive citizens to move to EU Member States with higher social benefits and take advantage of them without having worked in those countries? How far does solidarity extend and how is non-discrimination in terms of social benefits understood? Is it right to pay social benefits to Elizabeth Dano? This case is related to the so called “social tourism”.
